CrossFit Thalwil Macro Challenge
CrossFit Thalwil's Lazy Macros Challenge combines the #800gChallenge® (eat 800 grams, by weight, of fruits and veggies) with a protein target each day. And then, you continue to eat whatever else you want! That’s right; nothing is eliminated. You prioritize a baseline level of quality in the diet without removing all the foods you enjoy. Sleep and exercise are also scored points in the challenge as they greatly influence the goals wanted: improved body composition, health, and/or performance.
