SPECIALTY CLASSES

KETTLEBELL CLUB

 Kettlebell Club consists of whole-body movement exercise that deliver cardio, strenght and flexibility benefits in a short amount of time and can be beneficial for anyone no matter the level of fitness.

Kettlebells come in a range of off-centered weights and a workout includes different movements such as the deadlift, swing, clean, press and snatch. Each of these movements are multi-joint and multi-muscle exercises that build strenght, improve flexibility and burn fat and calories.

 

BARBELL CLUB

 Olympic lifting brings speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to your strenght training.

During Barbell Club you will work on these indispensable lifts as well as additional strength movements designed to make you stronger, faster and more coordinated.

 

FRC MOBILITY CLASS

Mobility refers to our human given ability to move freely without pain to the body.

This class is FRC based and incorporates myofascial movement lines, which addect our posture, perfomance and recovery. We reset the frozen tissue with movement skills to change our bad body patterns. All classes will incorporate people at every level and will improve your daily performance.

 

HIIT BOOTCAMP

HIIT Boot Camp is a full body, circuit-style class that combines an aerobic and muscular conditioning using a wide variety of exercise to increase strength power, agility and speed.

This class focus on whole-body movement exercises that deliver cardio, strenght and flexibility benefits in a short amount of time and can be beneficial for anyone no matter the level of fitness.

 

TEEN TITANS

From ages 12 - 16 (drop-off)

A fitness programme specifically designed to help teens feel ready to take on the world.

Aims of the prgramme includes:

Learn proper exercise movements

Improve overall strenght, speed and agility

Increase flexibility and range of motion

Be better prepared for sports

Increase stability and prevent injury

MIGHTY KIDS

From ages 5 - 11 (drop-off)

An exciting programme that focuses on fun rather than formel exercise routines and the introduction of fundamental movement skills.

Aims of the programme includes:

Build sellf-esteem

Improve balance, coordination and control

Keep and build stron muscles and bones

Enhance motor skills

Improve cognitive skills
