HOW TO GET STARTED WITH CROSSFIT
Your training at CrossFit Thalwil starts with our Mandatory Foundation Course. It consists of 6 hours introduction in which you will be learning the movements, technique, safety and scaling. In the 3 intensive days we will introduce you to the basics of CrossFit and prepare you for the regular classes. Included in your foundation course, you get two free trial weeks of our general membership, so you can experience our Workout of the Day "WOD" classes.
After the successful completion of the course, choose the membership option which best suits you and start your training.
For experienced Crossfitters, we ask for an email confirmation that you have been attending classes for a minimum of 3 months. Reason why: We take safety with the Crossfit movements and standards very seriously and we want to make sure that you understand all of the terminology of CrossFit.

Our class schedule and open-gym hours have been updated. As always, we will continually evaluate our participation and do our best to ensure we are accommodating the interests of our entire community.
Athletes are required to wear a face covering indoors AT ALL TIMES, including during the workout. Athletes may NOT enter the facility until 5 minutes prior to class time.
We ask members to only bring items needed during their class. Personal belongings may be stored in designated day lockers or within your individual zone as space permits.
Access to wardrobe and showers Starting 22nd March 2021 at the Brand Thalwil.
