CROSSFIT KIDS

Our CROSSFIT KIDS programs emphasize physical development through games and age-appropriate “workouts.” Most importantly, we’re all about having FUN!

Think of it like the gym class you wish you had growing up!

Developing a positive association between fitness, physical activity, and the joy of movement is the primary goal of our programs. Our "MIGHTY KIDS" classes are comprised of games, obstacle courses, relay races, basic gymnastics, and other engaging physical activities. The "TEEN TITANS" program is focused on building strength, stamina, endurance, and grit. Teens class begin to look more like CrossFit with basic weight training, calisthenics, and conditioning workouts.

MIGHTY KIDS

From ages 5 - 11 (drop-off)

An exciting programme that focuses on fun rather than formel exercise routines and the introduction of fundamental movement skills.

Aims of the programme includes:

Build self-esteem

Improve balance, coordination and control

Keep and build strong  muscles and bones

Enhance motor skills

Improve cognitive skills

TEEN TITANS

From ages 12 - 16 (drop-off)

A fitness programme specifically designed to help teens feel ready to take on the world.

Aims of the programme include:

Learn proper exercise movements

Improve overall strength, speed and agility

Increase flexibility and range of motion

Be better prepared for sports

Increase stability and prevent injury
