If you are an experienced CrossFitter visiting and you would like to drop-in to one of our classes, you can join any of the classes listed on our schedule.


To get the most out of your training, please study the instructions on how to get here and show up early (at least ten minutes before the class).


We allow drop-ins during scheduled classes not during Open Gym times. If you are a competitive CrossFit athlete looking to train on your own, please contact us in advance.
